Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Perishable goods, digital products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order and click Request Return.
- Choose the item(s) and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
